14th Feb to 30th Oct: Nature Walks at Glendurgan Garden
This year marks 200 years since Charles Darwin was born. Glendurgan are celebrating with nature walks through the gardens exploring the different plants from around the world. Meet Captain Fitzroy and Charles Fox in the garden and learn about the plants from all over the world. Various dates, normal admission charges apply of £6.00 per adult and £3.00 per child.
14th to 22nd Feb: Nature Walks at Trelissick Garden
Various activities, normal admission charges apply of £6.60 per adult and £3.30 per child plus an additional charge of £1 per family per activity will be made.
22nd Feb, Sunday: Guided Walk of Carn Galva in St. Just
This is a free guided walk around this beautiful area of Cornwall.
25th Feb, Wednesday: Lecture - HMS Bellerophon and Napoleon's Downfall

Piran is the patron saint of Cornwall and various celebrations take place all over the county. Truro has a wonderful musical procession.
7th March, Saturday: Guided Walk at Penrose Estate, Gunwalloe
Enjoy a guided walk around this area of Cornwall and learn more about the mining history.

10th March, Tuesday: An Evening with Poldark
Angharad Rees, the beautiful actress who played Demelza the feisty heroine in the hugley popular TV adaptation of the Wintson Graham series of novals ia to return to Cornwall to host an 'Evening with Poldark' at the Poldark Mine, near Helston. FREE addmission with an optional small charity donation.

20th to 28th March: Isles of Scilly Walking Festival
Come and join in with the Isles of Scilly's third walking festival. As well as over twenty guided walks, there are presentations, talks and a special dinner and dance.

4th and 5th April, weekend Spring Flower Show, Boconnoc in Lostwithiel
An annual event which showcases the best of Cornwall's plants and flowers. There will be horticultural stands, botanical displays, competitive classes and a Cornish food marquee. Tickets cost £6.50 per adult and children under 16 years are free of charge.

The annual day of celebration in Camborne.
30th April to 4th May: Male Voice Choral Festival
This is the fourth annual male voice choral festival. It is being held in Truro with concerts in the Cathedral and the Hall for Cornwall. It includes choirs from Cornwall, the rest of the UK and the world.
